As a church we acknowledge and encourage the gifts that God gives. Everyone has a gift and we are to use it. Ephesians 4:11-13 talks about the Five-Fold Ministry and how we are to build-up the whole church as it responds to the mission and message of Jesus Christ.

This document aids church leaders (cluster leaders, MC leaders, small group leaders, etc) to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of their primary five-fold gifting!

ChurchforStudents use Huddles as a way of developing leaders. If you’re a cluster leader or small group leader you will/should be involved or are in the process of being invited into a Huddle. In recent weeks I have heard a number of people ask this question…”what is the difference between Huddle and small group?”
