At the beginning of each new year, millions of people across the world attempt one or a number of new commitments…we call these ‘new year resolutions’. For some it’s about dieting and engaging in sporting activities. For others it’s about reading more or completing certain projects. For others it’s about committing to relationships by keeping in touch with distant friends and family.
